How to fix it

1. If I/O-bound (external API waits): move to Step Functions Standard with a Wait state.
2. If CPU-bound batch: move to Fargate scheduled task or AWS Batch.
3. If actually correct as-is: bump memory_size to at least 1769 MB (one full vCPU) and verify the runtime drops accordingly.
